Project Name: Miscellaneous Materials Procurement

 Descriptions of Services:

Tools and equipment, fasteners and hardware, electrical items, welding and cutting supplies, safety and protective gear, machinery and components, plumbing and piping, paints and coatings, industrial materials, and miscellaneous items. 

• Tools and equipment include cutting tools, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. 
• Fasteners and hardware cover screws, fittings, valves, and structural materials like iron and steel.
• Electrical items comprise cables, switches, breakers, and lighting components. Welding and cutting supplies involve rods, gloves, and accessories. 
• Safety gear includes gloves, protective wear, and fire safety equipment. Machinery and components include mechanical parts, filters, and hydraulic tools. 
• Plumbing and piping include pipes, fittings, and valves, while paints and coatings cover various paints and application tools. 
• Industrial materials include raw materials, metallic sheets, and ropes.
• Miscellaneous items include containers, hoses, and furniture. 

Contract Duration: Frame work contract
Bid Closing Date: No later than 17:00 on January 7th, 2025(Local time in Pakistan)
Bid Submission: Bidding documents shall be submitted electronically (stamped scanned copies and WORD/EXCEL files).

II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
Basic Qualification Conditions for Bidders
(1) The bidder must have independent legal person status, possess the right to independently conclude contracts and the ability to perform contracts, and its business scope must meet the requirements of this project, with general taxpayer status.
(2) The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, be in good operating condition, not be under an order to suspend operations, have its property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy, and have no serious breaches of contract or other dishonest behaviors within the past three years.
