4. Case history.
We provided the air drilling service in 12¼hole, interval for depth of 3105m~ 3857.81m (Air Hammer was used from 3105m to 3273.16m, at the average ROP of 15.96m/h), at average ROP of 10.37m/h, and later turned into mist drilling till  4301m as a result of the formation water, at the average ROP of 5.37m/h. Compared to the conventional mud drilling, the ROP was raised by 4 to 10 times.
