1. Theory Clean fracturing fluid is a viscoelastic surfactant solution, for which the molecules are polymerized into supermolecular structure of the hydrophilic head groups and the hydrophobic tail groups in the water base system containing certain cations. . Surfactant replaces guanidine gum in water base frac fluid and can satisfy the performance requirement for sand fracturing.
2. Technical features. ■ No gel breaker needed, any hydrocarbon or formation water can dilute it.. ■ Less damage to formation ■ Enhanced solid-carrying capacity. ■ Easy to be mixed.. ■ No residue. ■ Temperature resistant ability is up to 120℃.
3. Benefits. ■ Reduce the damage of fracturing fluid to formation. ■ Fly mixed,, effectively reducing the additives amount usage.
4. Application results The clean fracturing fluid has been successfully used in over 30 wells for different depths and temperatures in many oilfields. Great success had been achieved.
