ADYJ No Solid Killing Fluid

After long term product development and field practice, AntonOil has developed a series of mature completion and killing fluid systems in HT, high H2S and CO2 reservoir. These systems have been applied in domestic oilfields for nearly 100 times and achieved great fruits in protection of reservoir, downhole tools and equipments.

1. Technical Features
    No solid phase, compatible with formation fluid to avoid damaging formation;
    Density is easy to adjust, to facilitate balance the formation pressure rapidly
    Stable in HT conditions, excellent rejection capability, very low filtration rate, protect reservoir and stabilize borehole at the same time.
   Good rheology behavior, facilitate to generate pressure kick towards formation during tripping
    Good stability at downhole conditions, good capability to resist hydrocarbon, gas invasion;
    Very low corrosiveness, therefore it can inhibit the corrosion of acidic gas on downhole string to effectively prolong the service life of downhole tools.

3. System Classification and Application
    ADYJ-I: suitable for deep formation(>3000m), HT(>150℃), high CO2 and low permeability gas reservoir.
    ADYJ-II: suitable for  mid-deepth formation(>3000m), MT-HT(>150℃), low  CO2 and low permeability gas reservoir.
    ADYJ-IV: Featuring high specific gravity, resistance to HT, no solid phase, suitable for abnormal HTHP formation. Specific gravity: 1.0 ~ 1.8g/cm3, adjustable;

Completions, gas test, fracturing, perforation, workover;

5. Application Effects
They have been applied for nearly 100 times including deep wells, shallow wells, high  H2S wells, and high  CO2 wells. The application effects are obvious with high performance. They can avoid secondary pollution of reservoir during the operation.
