1. Technical features. Self-circulation well cleanout technology in deep water injection well is mainly used in the water injection well,and its depth is 3000~6000m. It is the truck-mounted cleanout unit which uses its own water treatment equipment to dispose sewage from the well and re-inject the qualified water into the hole. No more fresh water is added in(during) the whole cleanout process ,and the sewage is not necessarily discharged and returned to the sewage treatment station. The qualified well cleanout is up to the same water quality out and in at the well head.
2. Technological process. ■ Combine settling and filtering, physical and chemical purification.. ■ Well head backwater-cyclone desanding-cyclone deoiling-static mixer-multi-way current settling tank-first-stage filtering-second-stage filtering-third-stage filtering-purified water tank-well cleanout pump-water injection well head.. ■ In the process, high-performance water treatment agent is added to achieve the normal injection water quality.. ■ Through multiple circulations(cycles) of the above "treatment-well cleanout -treatment", the impurities are brought out of the water injection well with the clean borehole and near-hole vicinity to improve the water-absorbing capacity in the water injection well.
