1. Theory
The hydraulic fluid in the water injection network drives the piston in the double-acting hydraulic cylinder to make reciprocating motion under the control of liquid route converter and to transform incoming water energy and transport the excess energy in the low-pressure well to the high-pressure well, and without the external power, the injection requirements for the high-pressure well can be fulfilled.

2. Purpose
TYB-D180-32 hydraulic automatic pressure control pump is a full hydraulic and intelligent water injection device. It can be used both in HP water injector to boost pressure and injection and in LP water injector to control pressure and injection automatically. The device uses the incoming water from the pipe network to activate the pump operating mechanism, with part of the water automatically boosted into the HP water injector and the remaining injected into the LP water injector by automatic reduced pressure. The device is characterized by high-performance and energy-saving, stepless regulation of displacement, low working frequency, long service life and easy maintenance. It is an ideal alternative to the existing pressure-boosting water injection equipment.

4. Application.
Antonoil hydraulic pressure control pump has been successfully used in Daqing No.9 production plant, Shengli Liuzan production area, Shengli Gudao production plant and Jilin Xinli production plant. Each pump can save several hundred thousand kWh annually. The device has long cycle of failure-free operation, being 3~5 times of existing water injection equipment, which greatly reduces the maintenance services. It is an ideal alternative to existing pressure-boosting water injection equipment.
