1. Features and Performance ■ Long plunger, short pump barrel and self-adjustable dust scraper are designed to effectively prevent sand from entering the clearance between plunger and pump barrel. ■ Streamline design and large flow valve are used at flowing channels to reduce restriction and accelerate the fluid flow. ■ Sand channel between pump barrel and sand barrel can ensure that big sand grains in produced fluids enter into the sand liner smoothly. ■ Special AOC alloy coating is used on the internal surface of pump barrel and high anti-wear alloy powder is sprayed on the surface of plunger. Optimized materials of plunger and pump barrel can provide excellent corrosion and wear resistance.. ■ Stainless steel and hard alloy are used for valve block, with good flushing/shock resistance.
2. Applications. ■ Applicable to sand production well to prevent plunger blocked in sand, sucker rod buried in sand and pump barrel and plunger worn by sand.. ■ Applicable to the severely scaling and corroded oil wells, with good performance of the surface coating materials of pump barrel and plunger,. ■ Pump diameter of 38~57mm and stroke of 3 ~ 6m are available for the oilfields.
3. Cases Since 2005, AOC special alloy pump has been widely used in 1200 wells in the oilfields (e.g. Jidong, Liaohe, Daqing, Kalamay and Huabei) in China with efficiency higher than 97%. Compared to the conventional pumps, the average pump inspection cycle is more than doubled and the pump efficiency is increased by above 10%.
