 1. Features and performance
■ The plunger is made of ceramic material, which can enhance its high temperature resistant ability due to its high melting point, and enhance its anti-corrosion capability due to its chemical stability,
■ Parts of the valves are made of alloy materials,.which have good corrosion and HT rresistant abilities..
■ Structure with dual valves, large flow chamber and streamline, can avoid dead zone and reduce corrosion probability, to guarantee effective inflow and increase pump efficiency.
2. Applications
■ Applicable to the steam injection heavy oil wells and the severely corrosive oil wells
■ Plunger size 1.8m~6m stroke ≤44mm~83mm
3. Cases
AOM special ceramic pumps were used in 500 wells in steam-injection blocks in Liaohe and Karamay oilfields in China, with efficiency above 98%, and temperature resistance up to 279℃. The pump inspection period was more than 12 months.
