Quality management and supervision

Obtain the certificate of ISO9001:2000 and API Q1:2003 (7th Edition) Quality Management System. Quality management level is largely improved.  
 
According to the requirements of quality management system and actual conditions, we establish a set of quality management system with customer at the core. It is a set of effective, integral and applicable quality management system in which all links such as identification of customer needs, design and development, production and product delivery are well connected to achieve customer satisfaction. Through the effective implementation of quality management system, we collect a lot of customer information to analyze customer needs for further developing and improving our product and service. Meanwhile, the information is also helpful for controlling product realization process. 
 
Do well in on-site management and improve product quality by promoting 5S management system. 
 
We wish to create added value and reduce cost in every production process; improve the image of Anton through the standardized 5S management; deal with the contents of the workplace and put everything in its place to save space for improving production efficiency and reducing cost, and clean the workplace to improve working environment and create a warming atmosphere. 5S management is helpful for staff to strengthen their ability, establish active attitude and nurture good working habit and improve service and product quality.  
 
Through the implementation of Six Sigma Management mode, Anton optimizes its process, improves customer satisfaction, and realizes its value as an excellent enterprise.  
  
Only analyzed information is valuable, however, inapplicable analysis method will lead to the loss and distortion of information. Antonoil adopts Six Sigma management mode. Based on data, Antonoil applies systematic analysis method (DMAIC) to make a clear distinction between the primary and the secondary in terms of the improvement of product and service. In order to improve customer satisfaction, Antonoil focuses on customer caring and emphasizes on the improvement of CTO, which influence the enterprise to the largest extent. Meanwhile, Antonoil tries its best to realize its value and strive for perfect performance management.
