With the rapid development of global economy, ecological environment, occupational health and safety have increasingly attracted the attentions from both society and enterprises. Under the principle of ‘observing disciplines and laws, protecting environment, prevention first and safety above all,’ AntonOil implements the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management in 2007. This management system is established on the basis of GB/T24001－2004, GB/T28001－2001,  Q/CNPC104.1-2004, Q/SHS 0001.1-2001 and other foreign and domestic standards , including related CNPC standards and CPCC standards.

AntonOil conscientiously abides by applicable laws and regulations and other related rules, prevents pollution and safety accidents of all kinds, saves energy and resources, avoids property losses to the greatest extent possible, creates a healthy and safe working environment for staff and related parties and keeps improving with an aim to realizing commitment and objective of sustainable development.
 
HSE Commitment

Abide by the state and local laws and regulations concerning HSE;
Ensure the normal function of HSE management system and provide necessary support in terms of finance, human and material resource;
Set a good HSE example, and keep strengthening and encouraging correct HSE behavior;
Eliminate occupational hazard, improve labor conditions and ensure the physical and mental health of staff;
Periodically carry out HSE risk evaluation, do well in the hidden hazard control and risk control;
Ensure the safety and health of newly-built, rebuilt and expanded facilities and ensure the integrity of environmental facilities;
Strengthen the HSE education and training and improve employee’s technical level;
Provide staff with necessary protective appliances and ensure occupational health;
Promote clean production and environment protection, and make great efforts to improve the environment quality in production area and surrounded regions.;
Periodically review HSE management system, and realize the continuous improvement of HSE management;
Publicize HSE achievement, solicit public comment and respond to reasonable requirement; 
Prevent the occurrence of accident and realize safe and civilized production through the implementation of HSE management.
